Doug was friendly and reliable during our interaction. He came out to my house as scheduled and evaluated the water problem in my crawl space and some other drainage issues outside the front of my house. He was very thorough in his quote preparation. I also had some mold/ air quality concerns in my daughter’s room. While at my house, he kindly offered to run an air sample with his equipment to determine if there was any kind of mold or allergy issues. He did this for a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I had received. He sent me detailed lab results of the findings that were very helpful. We have a baby, so we were very concerned about the air quality in our house when we started having a musty smell near the baby's room. I called several "mold testing contractors" and mold clean-up folks. None of them seemed to know what they were talking about. What you are not trained to see CAN hurt you! Not all mold is obvious. Doug identified the mold problem in our home (which was extensive) and provided the best solutions which, for us, involved water control in our home (removal of mold, humidifier strategically placed), under our home (mold removal, repair and insulation in duct work and installing humidity barrier), outside of our home (installing water barrier on one side of the house where water drainage was an issue), and on top of our home (gutter drainage correction). It's been two years and our home is perfectly humidity controlled and mold-free. He saved the value of our property with very affordable and safe measures. Thank you Doug!

I rented an apartment for school, there was an odd smell in the apt. and I found black mold in my kitchen and bathroom. The maintenance people came out and sprayed what appeared to be bleach on the mold. It came back shortly thereafter. I called several mold companies, but Doug @ Array of Solutions had the best price. He came out the same day and by the evening, I had test results that got me my security deposit back and moved into another complex. He was really nice and I appreciated his quick help.

I suffered from what I thought were allergies for over a year. I had just built a new home and thought there may be something in the house causing this but was not sure. I gradually lost my sense of smell and had many, many other symptoms including hay-fever and asthma. My family Dr. ran a battery of tests to no avail.
