Douglas Whitehead here from ‘Arrayofsolutions.com’. I am a mold expert, with years of water damage experience in the Upstate and the Midwest.

ARRAY; an impressive display or range of a particular type of thing.

The reason I call my company ‘Array of Solutions’  is that I cannot warranty my work unless I personally address each and every contributing factor responsible for your problem. Top to bottom, I address the whole home system.   Recently, I was asked to help a friend from BNI pass an inspection he failed for excessive moisture and water damage in his crawl space. I gladly took care of the existing mold growth, but unfortunately, the seller hired an outside company to perform many of the tasks that were in my proposal.   (This was in March of this year)  Three days ago, I was called to my buddies newly purchased a home only to find that the waterproofing and drain system installed by another contractor was not done properly.   Long story short, his home has been flooded again and is now supporting early stages of mold growth. This is where ‘Array of Solutions’ comes in.  Had I handled all the job tasks as I suggested to correct the problem, I would be responsible for fixing his problem. Including my labor, materials and time for free. However, because I only did part of the work, I was not able to offer a warranty.  Arrayofsolutions.com, (unlike Servpro, Biotek, and Steamatic) addresses ALL issues contributing to air quality, odors structural risks and mold growth so that the sole responsibility is streamlined to Douglas Whitehead of Arrayofsolutions.com. In the event that I am not licensed, I bring in certified pros to address what I legally cannot.  Last August, I worked with the owner of a commercial building who had just been charged an exorbitant amount of money by ‘Servepro’  to remove standing water in one of his units.  Upon arrival, I found that the moisture in the carpet they supposedly dried was as high as my moisture meter would read.  I quickly offered to STOP the leaks and refused to accept a dime until the next big rain storm proved it was done.  I waited over three weeks to get paid, but how can you pay someone without knowing the job was properly completed?
(Side Note) –  I first obtained my contractor’s license in 1992 in Detroit Michigan.  I have been involved in the construction field since I was seven years old.  I am familiar with nearly every phase of construction from residential to commercial-(excluding solar, geothermal and some of the other newer technologies)
and I will share with you the perils mold in your home, business or any indoor environment.
SOLUTIONS;  The act of solving a problem.
So there you have it, folks.  Why hire some multinational Billion dollar company to help you with something so dangerous as the mold?  Hire someone local whose phone is answered by the owner who will quickly offer his last three customers as testimonials.
